RED TADRART

A 5 to 15 day tour to the Tadrart region southeast of Djanet, which offers one of the most fantastic desert landscapes in the world.

An adventure in magnificent and strange landscapes: you'd think you were on another planet.

Worth seeing: the Tin Merzouga dune (one of the highest) which rises to 1300m, Moul n'aga, Wan Zawatan, Ekenesseï sculpted by the wind and the rock art documenting the climatic changes that marked the evolution of the region, from a savannah 10000 years ago to a desert 5000 years ago.

A 4 to 7 day tour at your convenience: an escape into the great southern Sahara.

You will admire the valleys north of Djanet:

The emerald guelta of Essendilène, the Ihrir Oasis (a protected wetland of global importance), with its gueltas and fish-filled waters.

The rock engravings of Tin Taghert, the Dider plateau and its unique and striking landscape of dunes and "plants" of stones springing from the sand.

TASSILI PLATEAU WITH DONKEYS

A 5 to 7 day tour at your convenience to discover remarkable rock art sites in Tassili N'Ajjer, this open-air museum listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1982.

A cultural treasure awaits: hundreds of magnificent prehistoric frescoes and rock engravings (polygraphs) will amaze you. A steep trail requires the assistance of donkeys to carry luggage. A good level of physical fitness is also necessary for the ascent. An exciting adventure awaits you in the labyrinth of Sefar.
